How many of us have had this passion or drive in us to accomplish something? You know that feeling when the wheels in your head start churning and you feel like you've finally seen the light at the end of the tunnel? The feeling like "this is it", I have finally found what I've been looking for?
Now, fast forward three months later and you haven't seen any progress. Your wheels are no longer churning and that fire in you has been extinguished. What happened? What changed?
You thought you would be farther ahead. You thought you would have made more money. You thought that the fire in you would have ignited a drive in whatever your goals may be, but that wasn't the case. Sometimes, goals take years and years of work and we have to be patient enough to wait for them. Flowers don't grow overnight and heck, weight loss isn't an instant thing. You've got to endure the process.
I know what it's like to want something so badly that you would do anything for it. I know what it's like to spend sleepless nights writing, planning, visioning, and praying over that seed you wish to blossom. Choose to give into your goals, wholeheartedly, instead of giving up. The going will get tough, the nights may be long, and the journey may be trecherous, but it will be worth it.
Fight the good fight and keep on working hard. Look at the goal from a different perspective, ask for help, take some time to develop new ideas, but most of all, remmeber why you started.
Hey friends! I pray that this post reminded you of why you started your journey. I hope that you'll find the strength to keep moving, even when the going gets tough! If you have something to say, please feel free to COMMENT below!
